Fjala "përhapur" nuk e saktë. Fjalet mund te jene te perhapura 60/30/10, ose 40/20/10/10: domethene 60% menyra A, 30 menyra B, 10 menyra C. Perveç faktit kur eshte De Facto (90-80/...).

Kjo nuk eshte nje arsye e mire per te zevendesuar emrin origjinal.

Prandaj merret ajo de jure, e cila eshte me e sakte. Ne kete rast Antonin Dvorak, eshte si De Jure, si De Facto. De jure sepse i njohutr nga librat shkollor (akademite/universitetet, etj).

Hello, and thanks for your intervention at Wikipedia:Kuvendi. As for your arguments on User talk:Cradel, well, I only half buy it. I came here with a simple, friendly request; it became a big discussion issue only because one admin opted to respond with stonewalling and another with insults. I'm also not quite convinced by this "we're just a small project" stuff. Sorry, but educating oneself about copyright and setting a positive example for others by doing the right thing is not more difficult on a small project than on a big one. And as for watching and cleaning up other people's image uploads, I'm sure the workload of bad image uploads to watch per admin is actually higher on en-wiki than here.

Well, anyway, I'm glad we're now having a constructive and polite discussion, at last. The thing about the image tags was just a suggestion, because I thought if there were a few standardised templates for the most common issues, it would be easier for outside helpers like me to use and we'd spare all of us the friction created by having to do it in English. I didn't mean imitating the whole lot of the en-wiki system with its dated queues and categories and stuff. But anyway, perhaps somebody can instead teach me a few standard phrases to use with {{grise}} (like: "has no source", "has no credible license", "has no evidence of a free license", "is copyrighted", "is copied from...", "is non-free and not used according to the restrictive rules of the Wikimedia Foundation").

(P.S.: would these be correct? That's Google translator stuff.)

I also see you re-tagged a few of the images I mentioned. Just one point, in the case of Figura:Alfred Moisiu - president.jpg and Figura:Bamirtopi.png you argued the source site "has no copyright notice". I'm afraid that's irrelevant. According to modern copyright legislation, including the Albanian one [2], works are protected irrespective of whether they are published with an explicit notice. (And even if that was not the case, it could only possibly be PD, it would still be incorrect to re-tag it as GFDL as you did. There's no way a work can become GFDL unless its creator explicitly places it under that license.)

BTW, as for experience with small communities, I had some quite similar issues on mk-wiki. They've sort of accepted me over there by now, and I'm actually enjoying learning a few words of the language to be able to follow discussions. Future Perfect at Sunrise 14 Shkurt 2009 09:13 (CET)

Thanks for the response, but I'm afraid I have to disagree. Copyvios need to be removed as quickly as possible. It is simply not legal to just wait and let them sit around in hopes that something may improve. And failure to find free replacements just doesn't count as an excuse.

Sa i përket emrrave të njerzëve nuk është punë nacionalizmi por e gjuhës. Ti je ka ma bon mos u bo nacionalist e une po të thomë që edhe nëse komandat shkruhen nisoj si në C++ edhe në Java ato përkuizohen (lexohen) ndryshe nga përpunusi. P.sh në anglisht leximi përmensh është i lejum, në shqip nuk është. Kjo nuk ka lidhje me nacionalizë por me natyrën e gjuhës me rregullat e gjuhës. Tashti për gjithë ata që i thërrasin shqiptarët si albaner etj. kokan nacionalist a na paskan inatin a shka? Njajt është edhe me shumë gjuhë tjera. Anglishten me të cilën është duke komoniku bota në wikipedia tybe ne kuptoft anglezi (përposë njato lidhëza se aty ma shumë fjalë latine janë duke u përdorë). Another month has passed since my last reminder, and more than two months since the original taggings, and the copyvios I tagged in February are still there. If nothing happens to those soon, I'll have to open another discussion on Meta, as I am beginning to sense either a structural inability of this project to look after itself, or deliberate tactics from its administrators to obstruct cleanup through inactivity. As for the articles by the Albanian Science Academy, is it possible to email them and ask to let us use the articles?

You'd need a fully free license from them, i.e. one that would allow not only Wikipedia to use the texts, but anybody else too, for all purposes. While it would be theoretically possible from the Wikipedia perspective, I doubt the copyright holders would be prepared to do that. Yes, if that were to happen, I guess you could use the OTRS process to document it.

As for me getting sysop rights myself, I doubt Meta would grant me those just on my asking – I'd need to show consensus here in the project, wouldn't I? Of course, if you guys want to make me a sysop for that purpose, I'm all yours (and I'd promise I'd use it only for image cleanup.) But I'm not sure the project would want that, especially since I'm really not able to communicate with the uploaders here, beyond using three or four templates. You're right, the communication is a problem. And most of the active users and sysops haven't been here for a long time.

Me fal ti per vonesen e pergjigjes. Edit count i Interiot, ka nevoje per rinfreskim ndonjehere. Keshtu ma beri edhe mua, per nga 3-4 muaj. Pastaj çdo gje u zgjidh.

Sa per gje morale, mos ia vij fare veshin numrave te redaktimeve, nuk kane fare vlere (me gjithe kuptimin e fjales). --  eagleal  31 Maj 2009 07:12 (CEST)

Nuk e kam pas aty problemin tek numrat sepse normale që nuk i jap shum vlerë , sepse un këtë punë e bëj me dëshirë . Problemi ishte tek Tufche/Liridon dhe u zgjodh.
