Akademiku Rifat Hadžiselimović (7 janar 1944, Šiprage) është një gjenetist i shquar, bioantropolog, biolog dhe një akademik boshnjak. Që nga viti 2013, pas më shumë se 45 viteve të shërbimit, ai u emërua Emeritus dhe vepron si këshilltar shkencor në Instituti për Inxhinierinë Gjenetike dhe Bioteknologji, Universiteti i Sarajevës.[1][2][3][4]
