V-modeli,i Systems Engineering Process.[1]

V-modeli paraqet një proces për zhvillimin e softuerit (gjithashtu aplikohet në zhvillimin e darduerit) e cila mund të konsiderohet si një zgjerim i modelit waterfall (ujvarë). Në vend që të lëviz poshtë në mënyrë lineare, hapat e procesit shkojnë lart pas fazës së kodimit, për të formuar formën tipike V. Modeli V demonstron marrëdhëniet midis çdo fazë të ciklit të zhvillimit të life cycle dhe lidhjen me fazën e testimit. Boshtet horizontale dhe vertikale paraqet kohë ose pjesët e plotësuara të projektit (prej majtas-djathtas).
