Nikolla i II Romanov (në rusisht Николай Александрович Романов, Nikolaj Aleksandrovič Romanov; Carskoe Selo, 6 maj 1868 – Ekaterinburg, 17 korrik 1918)

Lindi më 6 maj 1868 me emrin Nikolaj Aleksandrovič Romanov dhe ishte djalë i Car Aleksandri III dhe gruas së tijë Maria Fëdorovna. Ishte Cari i fundit i dinastis Romanov dhe i Rusisë dhe u ngrit në fronë pas vdekjes së Aleksandrit III në 1 nëntor 1894 me vullnet të zotit si Perandor dhe Autokrat i gjith Rusis (tittulli në rusisht: (Божию Милостию, Император и Самодержец Всероссийский, Božiju Milostiju, Imperator i Samoderžec Vserossijskij). Hyrja në Luftën e Madhe e njohur si Lufta e I Botërore Rusia përkrah Serbis pësoi humbje të mëdha dhe populli filloi të vuante për shkak të kosotos së madhe ekonomike që kishte kjo luft. Ky qe veprimi më i gabuar që ndoqi Nikolla pasi kjo do të ishte fillimi i fundit të tijë. Në popullin rus fillio të përhapej ideja e një revulucioni për shkak të gruas së Nikollës, Carinës Aleksandra Fëdorovna e njohur si Aleksandar e Asias me origjin gjermane dhe mbes e armikut të Rusis Kajzeri i Gjermanisë. Në popullin rus besonete se Prifti ortodoks Rasputini i kishte bërë magji Carinës.

Nikolla dhe Aleksandara patën katër fëmijë.
