The adoration on the shepherds. The Virgin Mary kneels behind a reed basket holding the Christ child in her arms. To the right Joseph kneels while a shepherd stands behind him. To the left the ox and the ass. Through the stable there is a view onto a rocky landscape with a village and a castle.
