Прямоугольное двухстороннее полотнище с отношением ширины к длине 2:3, составленное их двух равных частей жёлтого и белого цвета. В центре полотнища воспроизведены два перекрещённых зелёных знамени на красных древках, расположенные за чёрной мурованной пирамидой, на которой изображены жёлтый лук тетивою вниз и продетые сквозь него перекрещённые и опущенные жёлтые стрелы.
