Marin Meksi ka lindur ne Tirane me 8 Dhjetor 1985, Meksi ka kryer studimet e larta ne Fakultetin e Drejtesise ne Tirane. Studimet pas Universitare ne te Drejten Nderkombetare po ne Tirane, si dhe studime diplomatike ne Akademine Diplomatike Clingendael ne Hage. Studimet ne fushen e Diplomacise jane thelluar ne Universitetin Autonom te Meksikes ne Mexico City. Marin Meksi eshte trajnuar gjithashtu ne fushen e zbatimit te ligjit, nga ILEA, Byroja Federale e Hetimit Amerikan (FBI), Departamenti Amerikan i Drejtesise, Akdemite Diplomatike Gjermane, Austriake dhe ajo Bullgare. Meksi sherben si Diplomat ne Sherbimin e Jashtem te Republikes se Shqiperise prej 17 vitesh me disa misione diplomatike te suksesshme si ne Budapest te Hungarise, apo Bern te Zvicres e Principaten e Lihtenshteinit. Meksi mban graden diplomatike Sekretar i Pare. I vlersuar me shume tituj ne fushen e diplomacies nga Qeverite e vendeve mike ku ka sherbyer si diplomat. Meksi per momentin eshte pjese e Drejtorise Konsullore ne Ministrine per Evropen dhe Punet e Jashtme. Kontributi i tij i spikatur ne fushen e Migracionit dhe luftes ndaj Trafiqeve te Paligjshme si pjese e Strategjise Kombetare dhe perafrimit te legjislacionit tone me ate te Bashkimit Evropian jane disa nga arritjet e fundit profesionale ne vendin tone, duke e alternuar me pjesen pedaogogjke nepermjet mesimdhenies prane Shkolles se Administrates Publike. Meksi gjithashtu eshte studiues i Heraldikes Shqiptare, ku gjithcka nisi per te hulumtuar me thelle lidhur me familjen Meksi, nje nga familjet me te vjetra dhe te famshme te Fisnikerise Evropiane me kontribut te thell ne shtetformimin e vendit tone, ngritjen e institucioneve te para, harimi i kushtetutes, aktit te pamvaresise, apo luften nacional clirimtare. Kontribut i madh ka qene dhe ne vend te tjera evropiane si ne fushen e politikes, ekonomoise, diplomacsie dhe jurisprudences, por dhe te artit, kultures dhe filantropise se pinjolleve te kesaj familje.

Marin Meksi eshte nje nga anetaret me te nderuar te Masonerise se Lire.

Sa i perket karrieres sportive, z.Meksi ka nje rrugetim te gjate prej mbi dy dekadash me nje kontribut te spikatur ne sportin e Bodybuilding dhe Fitness, si titular i ketij sporti ne kategorine Junior ne vitin 2007 dhe me pas me perfaqesimin dinjitoz si finalist ne kampionatin Ballkanik, Mesdhetar dhe ate Evropian ne Rusi gjate viteve 2007-2008.

Duke nderuar vendin gjate ushtrimit te funksionit te tij si Konsull prane Ambasades tone ne Budapest, z.Meksi triumfon per gjashte vjet rradhazi ne Kampionatet e Qtijes te organizuara ne Hungari ne vitet 2012-2018, si Kampion Absolut ne kete Disipline Sporti.

I angazhuar gjithmone ne menyre kompetitive ne sportet e forces, si powerlifting, armwrestling, strongestman, apo dhe sporte te tjera luftarake, z.Meksi ka sjell mjaft trofe kombetar dhe nderkombetar.

Arritjet e tij te fundit jane jane titulli i Kampionit te Shumefishte Mbarekombetar Absolut te fituar ne Tirane ne 6 Nentor 2021, si dhe kulminacioni Mbarekombetar ne sjelljen e Kupes se Botes “Diamond Cup” te Portugalise ne vendin tone ne Kategorine Mens Classic Bodybuilding deri ne 180 cm dhe Vendi i Katert ne kategorine Absolute ne kete disipline.

Me sjelljen e Kupes se Botes ne Shqiperi, z.Meksi u nderua nga Kryetari I Bashkise se Tiranes me mirenjohjen e Kryeqytetit, Ministria e Sporteve, Arsimit dhe Rinise, Ministria e Shendetesise, Kryetarja e Parlamentit, Kryeministri si dhe Presidenti i Republikes i cili e vleresoi me Titullin ”Mjeshter i Madh”.

Nderimet e shumta per z.Meksi kane qene dhe nga Qeveria e Kosoves me vleresimin nga Kryeministri Albin Kurti, Kryetari i Bashkise se Prishtines, Komandanti Legjendar i UÇK, z.Ramush Haradinaj, Komiteti Olimpik i Shqiperise dhe I Kosoves, Drejtori I Pergjithshem I Policise se Shtetit, si dhe Shefi i Shtabit te Forcave te Armatosura te Republikes se Shqiperise, ashtu dhe Perfaqesite e Huaja te Akredituara ne Vend. Gjithashtu per kete fitore te rangut Boteror, z.Meksi si perfaqesues mbarekombetar u vleresua dhe nga Presidenti i Maqedonise z.Pendarovski, Kryemjnistri i Malit te Zi z.Abazovic etj.

Ne muajin nentor 2022, ne Kampionatin Boteror ne Santa Susanna te Spanjes, Presidenti i Federares Boterore te Bldybuilding&Fitness Dr.Rafael Santonja i akordoi z.Meksi, Medaljen e Arte, per nivelin me te larte sportiv dhe promovimin e ketij sporti ne mbare boten.

Ne muajin Prill te vitit 2023, Federata Boterore e Bodybuilding dhe Fitness emeron z.Meksi, si zyrtar te larte te IFBB, me detyren e Mjeshtrit te Ceremonive per Kampionatin Ballkanik, Evropian, Boteror si dhe Arnold Classic.

Ne muajin e Festave te Flamurit, Qarku Vlore i jep titullin, Personalitet i Shquar i Qarkut Vlore. Federatat Kombetare si dhe ato Boterore te Karatese, Mundjes se Krahut, Cross Fit, Boksit Profesionist, Strongest Men dhe Powerlifting i i kane dhene mirenjohjen z.Meksi per kontribut te shquar ne zhvillimin e ketyre sporteve te forces dhe luftarake ne arenen kombetare dhe nderkombetare.

Marin Meksi, eshte bashke-organizator i Kupes se Evropes IFBB ne Bodybuilding dhe Fitness ne Tirane, sikurse dhe Kampionatit Nderkombetar te Mundjes se Krahut, Powerlifting dhe Panairit Nderkombetar te Fitnessit ne vitin 2023, viti ku Tirana esgte shpallur, Kryeqyteti Evropian i Sportit.

Marin Meksi was born in Tirana on December 8, 1985, Meksi completed his higher studies at the Faculty of Law in Tirana. Post-university studies in International Law in Tirana, as well as diplomatic studies at the Clingendael Diplomatic Academy in Hague. Studies in the field of Diplomacy have been deepened at the Autonomous University of Mexico in Mexico City. Marin Meksi has also been trained in the field of law enforcement by ILEA, the US Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), the US Department of Justice, the German, Austrian and Bulgarian Diplomatic Academies. Meksi has served as a Diplomat in the Foreign Service of the Republic of Albania for 17 years with several successful diplomatic missions such as in Budapest, Hungary, or Bern, Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein. Meksi holds the diplomatic rank of First Secretary. Appreciated with many titles in the field of diplomacy by the Governments of partner countries where he served as a diplomat. Meksi is currently part of the Consular Directorate in the Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs. His prominent contribution in the field of Migration and the fight against Illegal Trafficking as part of the National Strategy and the approximation of our legislation with that of the European Union are some of the last professional achievements in our country, alternating with the pedagogical part through giving lessons at the School of Public Administration. Meksi is also a researcher of Albanian Heraldry, where everything started to research in depth about the Meksi family, one of the oldest and most famous families of the European Aristocracy with a deep contribution to the state formation of our country, the establishment of the first institutions, drafting of the constitution, the act of independence, or the national liberation war. There has been a great contribution of Meksi Noble Family in other European countries, such as in the field of politics, economics, diplomacy and jurisprudence, but also in art, culture and philanthropy of the descendants of this noble family.

Mr.Meksi is a distinguish Member of Free Masonry.

As for his sports career, Mr. Meksi has a long journey of over two decades with an outstanding contribution to the sport of Bodybuilding and Fitness, as the title holder of this sport in the Junior category in 2007 and then with the dignified representation as a finalist in  the Balkan, Mediterranean and European championships in Russia during the years 2007-2008.

Honoring the country during the exercise of his function as Consul near our Embassy in Budapest, Mr. Meksi triumphs for six consecutive years in the Shooting Championships organized in Hungary in the years 2012-2018, as Absolute Champion in this Sports Discipline.

Always competitively engaged in strength sports, such as powerlifting, armwrestling, strongestman, or other combat sports, Mr. Meksi has brought many national and international trophies.

His latest achievements are the title of Multiple Absolute National Champion won in Tirana on November 6, 2021, as well as the International culmination in bringing the World Cup from the the "Diamond Cup Lesuphonia&Elite Pro World Championship" to our country in the Mens Classic Bodybuilding Category up to 180 cm and Fourth Place in the Absolute category in this discipline.

By bringing the World Cup to Albania, Mr. Meksi was been honored by the Mayor of Tirana with the recognition of the Capital City, the Ministry of Sports, Education and Youth, the Ministry of Health, Foreign Ministry, the Speaker of the Parliament, the Prime Minister and the President of the Republic who  awarded with the title "Grand Master".

The numerous honors for Mr. Meksi have also been from the Government of Kosovo with the evaluation by the Prime Minister Albin Kurti, the Mayor of Prishtina, the Legendary Commander of the UÇK, Mr. Ramush Haradinaj, the Olympic Committee of Albania and Kosovo, the General Director of the State Police, the Chief of Staff of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Albania, as well as the Accredited Foreign Representations in the Country. Mr. Meksi as a nationwide representative was also appreciated by the President of Macedonia, Mr. Pendarovski, the Prime Minister of Montenegro, Mr. Abazovic, etc.

In November 2022, at the World Championship in Santa Susanna, Spain, the President of the World Federation of Building & Fitness, Dr. Rafael Santonja, awarded Mr. Meksi, the Golden Medal, for the highest athletic level and the promotion of this sport worldwide.

In 2023 Marin Meksi was decorated by the Habsburg Royal Family with the highest decoration of Civil and Military Merit, "Officer of the Cross of Vitéz"

In April 2023, the World Federation of Bodybuilding and Fitness appoints Mr. Meksi, as a high official of the IFBB, with the task of Master of Ceremonies for the Balkan Championships , European Championships, World Championships and the Arnold Classic.

In the month of the Flag Holidays, the Vlore District gives him the title, Outstanding Personality of the Vlore District. The National Federations as well as the World Federations of Karate, Arm Wrestling, Cross Fit, Professional Boxing, Strongest Men and Powerlifting has given Mr. Meksi recognition for his outstanding contribution to the development of these strength and fighting sports in the national and international arena.

Marin Meksi is the co-organizer of the IFBB European Cup in Bodybuilding and Fitness in Tirana, as well as the International Championship of Arm Wrestling, Powerlifting and the International Fitness Fair in 2023, the year Tirana was declared the European Capital of Sport.
