Valbona Begolli


With more than 11 years of experience as an entrepreneur, Ms. Valbona Begolli is currently the Executive Director of Albgroup. Part of Albgroup is: Albooker, Albacademy, Albsolution and Albpastrim.

She has created, planned and implemented the strategic direction of the companies’ part of Albgroup with her close management team. She oversees all operations and business activities to ensure that they have archived the expected results and the results are in line with Albgroup’s overall strategy and mission. From 2013 onwards, she has a consolidated experience as a Trainer and expert in in-service training in the hotel and tourism services. Also, she is consultant of EBRD for business development and startup business. Furthermore, Valbona is one of the founders of Women's Economic Chamber -Albania (WECA), dedicated to women and entrepreneurship, which comes as an initiative of women entrepreneurs and professionals with dozens of years of experience in their fields, with the aim of protecting the economic and social interests of women entrepreneurs, professionals and self-employed in all fields .

The development of these modules and sessions has had a positive impact on the participants as a concrete example of success and leadership. She has developed and is involved in providing training both in theory and in practice for Housekeeping for a number of hotels in Tirana, Vlora and Lezhë, Shkodër, a project that has been supported by SwissContact. Also, last year she conducted some of the trainings in the city of Korça for the project with Giz Proseed in Housekeeping and the last one was in Gjrokastër & the City of Saranda supported again by Giz ProSeed in "Housekeeping and Work Ethics"

• Directs, organizate, coordinates and controls the affairs of Operational and administrative department of the company. • Defines and separates the duties and responsibilities of the employees of administrative staff support and other functions. • Negotiate with customers achieving the company objectives set. • Ensure the company's board proposals and takes decisions for improving work in finance, marketing, human resources and personnel management. • Monitors and sets priorities for innovations to changes in the organizational level.

Responsible for overall management of the “Albacademy” Management consultant specialised in different fields as follows; • Trainer in some of the company's courses • SME’s skills with a long experience • Coordination and delivery of, GTZ and EBRD modules for SME and Women entrepreneurs training, consultancy, trade fairs workshops & roundtables with the main stakeholders • Consultancy (strategy, needs analysis training, business process analysis, financial analysis, costing). •Collaboration with local Government administrative capacities assessment / Assessment of Human Resources capacities / knowledge, skills • Identification of training needs, leading the training modules according to international standard and delivery of trainings to Business.
