E lindur më 1974 në Përlepnicë, KK Gjilan.

Shkollën fillore e kreu ne SHF "Selami Hallaqi" në Gjilan gjatë periudhës 1980-1988.

Gjatë periudhës 1989- 1993 e kreu shkollën e mesme në Gjimnazin "Zenel Hajdini" në Gjilan.

Studimet themelore i kreu ne Universitetin e Prishtinës- ne Fakultetin Ekonomik, profili Mikroekonomi gjatë periudhes 1994 1998.

Ndersa vazhdoi studimet postdiplomike ne Kolegjin AAB ne Prishtine ne Fakultetin Ekonomik, profilin. Financë, duke e mbrojtur temen ne "Rendesia e shkrierjes se institucioneve financiare ne sistemin financiar te Kosoves" dhe e mori titullin Magjistre e Shkencave Financiare.

Studimet e doktoratures i mbaroi ne Universitetin "Neofit" Zrinski, Fakulteti i Sociologjise ne Blagoevgrad te Bullgarise, ku e mbrojti temen e doktoratures"Ndikimi i politikave sociale ne parandalimin e trafikimit me qenie njerezore ne Kosove" dhe e mori titullin Doktor i Shkencave te Sociologjise.

Karriera profesionale:

Nga viti 1999 deri ne vitin 2000 ka punuar ne OJQ "CRS" Kosove.

Nga viti 2001-2012 ka punuar ne PCB Prishtine.

Gjate periudhes 2012- 2018 ka punuar ne Shpk "Exclusive" ne Prishtine.
