Florin Vërtopi është avokat nga Kosova prej datës 09.12.1999. Që nga viti 2005 eshte Kryetar i Komitetit per Etika dhe Sistem Displinore ne Odën e Avokatëve të Kosovës. Ne cilesi te ekspertit nga viti 2008-2011 ka ligjeruar ne Mesimin Klinik, ne Faklultetin juridik te Prishtines, Universiteti Prishtines. Si ekspert i Institutit nacional per gjykime te improvizuara, ligjeron ne kauder te institutit Gjyqesor te Kosoves.
