Mitropolia e Shkupit (serbisht: Митрополија скопска; greqisht: Μητρόπολις Σκόπιάς) është një eparki ortodokse lindore, aktualisht nën juridiksionin e Arqipeshkvisë Ortodokse të Ohrit, një degë autonome e Kishës Ortodokse Serbe (dhe në proces integrimi/pajtimi me Kishën Ortodokse Maqedonase). Selia e saj është në Shkup. Është një dioqezë metropolitane e Arqipeshkvisë Ortodokse të Ohrit, e kryesuar nga Kryepeshkopi Jovan Vraniškovski i Ohrit, i cili mban edhe titullin Mitropoliti i Shkupit.
