Romeo Gurakuqi (Born Shkoder, 18 September 1963) is a personality from Albania, known as a writer, political leader, professor, diplomat, and former member of the Albanian parliament. He hails from a distinguished family with notable figures such as Luigj and Karl Gurakuqi. [1]

Early life and education

He completed post-doctoral studies at The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) from 2005 to 2010,He holds a Bachelor's degree in Law from the University of Shkodra 'Luigj Gurakuqi' (1993-1998), a Ph.D. in History from the University of Tirana (1994-1997), and a Master of Arts in History from the same institution (1989-1990). Additionally, he obtained a Bachelor's degree in History and Geography from the University of Shkodra 'Luigj Gurakuqi' (1982-1986).
