Shkolla Austriake

Shkolla Austriake është një shkollë mendimi ekonomik që bazohet mbi individualizmin metodologjik.[1][2][3][4] Shkolla i ka fillesat në fund shekullin e 19-të dhe fillim shekullin e 20-të në Vjenë, me punën e Carl Menger-it, Eugen von Böhm-Bawerk-ut, Friedrich von Wieser-it, dhe të tjerëve.[5] Ndër kontributet më të shquara të shkollës Austriake të ekonomisë janë teoria subjektive e vlerës, margjinalizmi në teorinë e çmimeve, dhe formulimi i problemit të kalkulimit ekonomik.[6] Ekonomistët e asociuar me këtë shkollë mendimi ekonomik janë kritikë të formës ekonomike mbizotëruese sot.[7]
